SMDRG is a group of researchers working with the research mentorship of Dr. Deepak Punetha,
Assistant Professor, Electronics & Communication Engineering Department at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India. SMDRG focuses on Electronics Product Design and Technology,
Microelectronics/VLSI device modeling and simulation, Semiconductor thin
films, Fabrication of Optoelectronics Devices, Photovoltaic Solar
Cells, Sensors, Nano-generators, etc. and publishing the results for the
benefit of society.

We are seeking graduates (for PhD research programs) and postdoctoral researchers (at both junior and senior levels) in Physics, Materials/Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, for immediate commencement of research programs. The group is interested in highly motivated PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers who are keen to work in a successful, interesting and challenging research environment, as part of a dynamic and cohesive team of researchers. Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad, Prayagraj (MNNIT) is an Institute with total commitment to quality and excellence in academic pursuits. It was established as one of the seventeen Regional Engineering Colleges of India in the year 1961 as a joint enterprise of Government of India and Government of Uttar Pradesh, and was an associated college of University of Allahabad, which is the third oldest university in India. The Institute now offers nine B.Tech., nineteen M.Tech. Degree Programmes (including part-time), MCA, MBA, M.Sc.
